For Jamf Now to successfully store a FileVault2 key, the macOS machine must be managed by Jamf Now during the time of encryption. In the case where the machine was encrypted prior to being managed by Jamf Now, a few additional steps must be taken to get the FileVault2 key stored in Jamf Now successfully.
Prior to progressing, we must confirm that both:
1. "Enable FileVault2 (Mac Only)" is enabled under the Security tab of the blueprint
2. Ensure Mac has received the correct profiles under System Preferences > Profiles
